Most of our merchandises are located in the Republic of Uzbekistan which makes our products expensive. But if you compare with other sites offering same quality goods you will discover that our prices are cheaper and the shipping cost is affordable which makes our products competitive.
My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact us at orders@uzbek-craft.com.
What is your Returns Policy?
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
When checking on the status of my order I received an "Order Status: Pending" message. What does that mean?
"Order Status: Pending" means that your order is placed but not processed yet.
Order Status: Processing. What does that mean?
"Order Status: Processing" means that your order is being processed but not shipped yet.
You still can make changes to your order during this time.
