- Shipping & Delivery
- Product will ship out within 2 days of placing the order via regular mail. Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days. Deliveries to Europe 7- 10 business days. The shipping costs are based on the products selected and will be determined by weight at checkout. We cannot ship our products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Products, Images and Description
- Because our products are unique they are subject to availability. If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment. By using high-tech digital camera we have tried to show our items with several resolutions to tolerate the restrictions on digital photography and internet media but still we can not 100 % guarantee that you will receive the exact color what you have seen in your monitor for especially the colors of the suzanies and oriental rugs. Product Descriptions were prepared as much as our knowledge for guidance purpose only.
- Returns & Replacements
- 'www.uzbek-craft.com' guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order and we will gladly issue you a full refund upon receiving the item back. Shipping charges are not subject to a refund. Contact e-mail for returns: orders@uzbek-craft.com. If you would like to exchange an item with a different one, we will gladly do so. Exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee and customer needs to pay shipping charges for sending a new item.
